I the series flower compositions are linked with unusually-shaped street culture vases. Their strange, almost sculptural silhouettes are a contrast to the fragility and candidness of the flowers.

— I was interested in the interaction of organic culture with objects from a different cultural context. In this interaction the bouquets become visually less decorative and vases are looked at as independent sculptural forms.
